At Hello Willow, we know little ones can grow three sizes overnight or suddenly decide their favourite outfit is now “too itchy” for absolutely no reason.
We want shopping with us to feel easy, fun and completely stress free.
Returns & Exchanges
If something isn’t quite right, we happily offer an exchange or in-store credit valid for 6 months.
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached and free from marks, washing or wear.
Basically… no crayon art, Vegemite fingers or muddy puddle adventures please.
Sale Items
Sale, clearance and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Faulty Items
If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll assess it in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage or general little-kid chaos is not considered a fault.
Returns Via Mail
Please contact us first with your order number and a quick description of the return.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items.
