SHIPPING POLICY

We know when you order something cute, you want it as quickly as possible, so we work hard to get your order packed and out the door quickly.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2PM AEST on business days are usually dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 2PM, on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

During busy launches, sales or promotional periods, dispatch may take an additional business day.

Shipping Provider

We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will automatically be emailed to you through Shopify so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and can vary depending on your location and Australia Post delays.

Once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, delivery timeframes are unfortunately outside of our control.

Lost Or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll happily follow it up with Australia Post for you.

While we’ll always do our best to assist, Hello Willow is not responsible for delays, loss, theft or damage caused by Australia Post or any third-party delivery provider once your parcel has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. If an incorrect address is entered and the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Click & Collect

We offer free Click & Collect from our Elwood store.

You’ll receive a notification once your order is ready for collection.

Preorders

From time to time, we offer preorder items.

Estimated arrival dates are provided as a guide only and may change due to supplier or shipping delays outside of our control.

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items become available.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
